Saudi Arabia plans to launch six satellites with Russian rockets in 2005

MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax-AVN) - Al Riyadh and Moscow are holding negotiations on the Russian launch of six Saudi satellites this year, Saudi Ambassador in Moscow Mohammed Hasan Abdulwali told Interfax on Monday.

He said Russia's Dnepr rockets had put seven Saudi satellites in orbit from the Baikonur spaceport. "We are holding negotiations to launch another six satellites this year," he said.
