MOSCOW. May 25 (Interfax-AVN) - Large-scale power outages in Moscow did not affect the Russian Defense Ministry's main office, Colonel Vyacheslav Sedov, chief of the ministry's press service, said on Wednesday.
"All power sources of the Defense Ministry's buildings are functioning faultlessly in the regular mode," Sedov told Interfax-Military News Agency.
