STAVROPOL. June 10 (Interfax-South) - Yury Prachyov, an adviser to the Stavropol territory governor, was murdered in Stavropol in southern Russia early Friday morning, a local police source told Interfax.
"Yury Prachyov was shot dead" near his house in Stavropol, the source said. "His bodyguard was killed as well," he said. The assailant was armed with an automatic weapon.
