GROZNY. June 17 (Interfax-AVN) - Police officers were attacked in the Kurdyukovskaya village in Chechnya on Thursday, Chechen Interior Ministry sources told Interfax-Military News Agency.
"As many as 30 unidentified masked men dressed in camouflage broke into the houses of local policemen in the community of Kurdyukovskaya early on Thursday. Threatening them with weapons, they stole the policemen's officially issued Kalashnikov assault rifles, Makarov pistols and about 600 cartridges, and fled," the sources said.
