KHANKALA. June 22 (Interfax-AVN) - A guerilla detained in Chechnya has confessed to committing a terrorist attack on the motorway between the localities of Tolstoi-Yurt and Chervlyonnaya last year, the Russian Interior Ministry's provisional press center in the North Caucasus said on Wednesday.
"While being interrogated, a detained resident of the Starye Atagi village confessed to blowing up an explosive device, which gravely injured a serviceman," a press center official told Interfax-Military News Agency.
Another militant was detained in the Ishkhoi-Yurt village in the Nozhai-Yurt district, he said. "Investigation into the detainee's activities is underway," he added.
