BISHKEK. July 7 (Interfax-AVN) - The terms for withdrawing the anti-terror coalition's airbase from Bishkek airport in Kyrgyzstan should be determined by the president of the republic, said interim Deputy Prime Minister Adakhan Madumarov.
In accordance with an international agreement, the Kyrgyz government has to inform the coalition on the terms of the withdrawal, Madumarov told a news conference on Tuesday.
"This is the state's domestic right and this will be Kyrgyzstan's domestic decision," he said.
The decision should be sent to the coalition in written form, after which the sides will make a final decision on the terms of the withdrawal, he said. "There is no need to explain all the reasons for such a decision," he said.
