ASTRAKHAN REGION. July 14 (Interfax-AVN) - President Vladimir Putin is visiting the Caspian flotilla flagship, Tatarstan, to chair a Caspian security conference.
Russia is developing cooperation with member countries of the Black Sea Force (BLACKSEAFOR), he said. BLACKSEAFOR is made up of various countries, including NATO members, "but that does not hamper solution of regional problems," he said. The regional problems "are similar to global ones," Putin said.
