KHABAROVSK. Aug 1 (Interfax-AVN) - The government orders for supplies for defense needs in 2006 are expected to be raised 15-20% compared to this year, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov has said.
"The budget indicators for next year are under discussion. But even now we can say that in 2006 the government defense contract will grow by at least 15-20%," he said opening a Monday conference with the leadership of the Far Eastern military district in Khabarovsk.
