Suspects in Tatarstan terror attacks detained

MOSCOW. Sept 2 (Interfax-AVN) - Three people have been detained for their suspected involvement in blowing up power transmission lines and an oil pipeline in Russia's republic of Tatarstan.

"Three people have been detained on suspicion of committing these crimes. A manhunt is underway for their two accomplices," law enforcement sources told Interfax on Friday.

The suspects were detained by detectives from the federal and Tatarstan Interior Ministries.
