KYIV/MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax-AVN) - A Ukrainian military delegation led by Defense Minister Anatoliy Hrytsenko will arrive in Moscow on Tuesday, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's press service told Interfax-Military News Agency.
"A meeting between Defense Ministers Sergei Ivanov of Russia and Anatoliy Hrytsenko of Ukraine is scheduled for the first day of the visit. Talks between military delegations of the two countries will take place on the same day," the press service said.
A spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry told Interfax-AVN that the talks between Ivanov and Hrytsenko will focus on the issues related to Black Sea Fleet basing.
The parties are also expected to finalize interdepartmental protocols on cooperation between the Russian and Ukrainian Navies, and on groups of liaison officers established by the two navies, the spokesman said.
"This is to be done at the first session of the sub-commission on the Russian Black Sea Fleet functioning and its presence on the Ukrainian territory," he noted.
The parties are also planning to discuss the resumption of activity of the Russian Defense Ministry's 31st testing center, located in Feodosiya in the Crimea, as well as cooperation prospects in ammo and rocket fuel components disposal and other issues.
