MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia is to ship the first consignment of S-300 air defense systems to Belarus in March 2006, Belarussian Security Council State Secretary Gennady Nevyglas told journalists.
"My counterpart and I discussed the question of speeding up S-300 shipments to the western border. The first shipment will be delivered next March," Nevyglas told journalists on Tuesday, following his meeting with Russian Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov in Moscow.
