MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax-AVN) - Federal Space Agency head Anatoly Perminov has appointed Anatoly Shilov head of the agency's automated space systems and control systems department, the agency's press service reported.
Prior to his current appointment, Shilov was Perminov's aide, the report reads.
Shilov's predecessor in his current position, Gennady Dmitriyev, has been transferred to a different job.
It is the second staff reshuffle in the rocket and space industry in the past few days. On Monday it was announced that Alexander Medvedev had been fired from the post of the Khrunichev space center's director general. He was replaced by Vladimir Nesterov, former chief of the Federal Space Agency's orbiting, ground infrastructure and cooperation ties department.
