MINSK. April 21 (Interfax-AVN) - The first train carrying elements of S-300 air defense systems from Russia to Belarus arrived in Minsk on Friday, Belarussian Defense Minister Leonid Maltsev said at a news conference in Minsk.
"The problem of shipments will be settled in 2006, then S-300s will be put on combat duty," Maltsev said.
