MOSCOW. May 5 (Interfax-AVN) - The military collegium of the Russian Supreme Court has cancelled the acquittal of two officers of the Interior Ministry Forces who were charged with murdering civilians in Chechnya.
"The acquittal was cancelled and the case returned for new consideration," Interfax was told at the Supreme Court on Friday.
The North Caucasus military district court had acquitted the two officers, Yevgeny Khudyakov and Sergei Arakcheyev.
