BAKU. May 31 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia will rotate its peacekeeping contingent in the breakaway province of South Ossetia on schedule, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said at a news conference in Baku in response to a question from Interfax-Military News Agency.
"Russian peacekeepers are rotated once every six months. We have no plans to cancel the next rotation. As before, it will be carried out through the Roki Tunnel," he said.
