MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax-AVN) - The North Korean missile program is not targeted against Russia, President Vladimir Putin told an Internet press conference on Thursday.
"We have no grounds to believe that the North Korean missile program is targeted against the Russian Federation," he said. "The defense capabilities of Russia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea are incomparable."
