BISHKEK. July 12 (Interfax-AVN) - U.S. and Kyrgyz delegations are meeting in Bishkek to discuss the details of a new draft agreement regulating the presence of the anti-terrorist coalition's airbase in Kyrgyzstan, a source close to the talks told Interfax.
However, no official reports announcing the start of the negotiations have been released.
The first round of talks on the terms for the deployment of the anti-terrorist coalition's Ganci airbase at Manas Airport, Bishkek, took place in early June. The Kyrgyz authorities have forwarded their suggestions for amending the agreement on the base to the U.S.
