TSKHINVALI. July 14 (Interfax-AVN) - South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity has accused Georgian authorities of involvement in the recent series of terrorist attacks in the breakaway province.
"Our civil servants, civilians and children have died as a result of this wave of terrorist attacks organized and staged by Georgia," he said.
Two people were killed and another three injured in an explosion in downtown Tskhinvali on Friday morning.
"Today's terrorist attack is directly linked to the 14th anniversary of the deployment of joint peacekeeping forces in the Georgian-[South] Ossetian conflict zone and the beginning of the G8 summit in St. Petersburg," Kokoity said.
