FARNBOROUGH. July 18 (Interfax-AVN) - State-owned arms exporter Rosoboronexport will soon get a controlling stake in VSMPO-Avisma (RTS: VSMO) Corporation, Russia's biggest milled titanium producer, Sergei Chemezov, head of Rosoboronexport, said at a Tuesday press conference in Farnborough.
"Talks are practically completed, after which we will own a more than controlling stake [in VSMPO-Avisma]," he said.
