MINSK. Nov 8 (Interfax-AVN) - A representative of the Belarussian Armed Forces is taking part in a Wednesday-Thursday workshop on air transport services, which is taking place under NATO aegis, a spokesman for the Belarussian Defense Ministry told Interfax.
"The workshop is being held by the command of the NATO Joint Armed Forces' Air Force at the Ramstein air base in Germany, he said.
"The representative of the Belarussian Armed Forces will familiarize himself with NATO documents and procedures in the sphere of planning and using transport aircraft," the spokesman said.
The Belarussian official will also "study NATO's standards and procedures for mutually servicing aircraft and airport procedures for transporting and relocating troops and cargo," he said.
