MOSCOW. Nov 8 (Interfax-AVN) - Moscow believes that there is no necessity to take a decision on the protection of the rights of Russians in Kyrgyzstan.
"Recent reports from Bishkek show that the situation has gradually been normalizing," the press and information department of the Russian Foreign Ministry told Interfax on Wednesday.
"As of now there is no necessity to take any special measures to protect Russians in Kyrgyzstan," the press service said.
