MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax-AVN) - A delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army will visit Russian airborne units from Tuesday to Friday, a competent source in the Airborne Forces Staff told Interfax-AVN.
"The main part of the Chinese military delegation's visit will be devoted to getting familiarized with combat and airborne training of Russian paratroopers, as well as with military hardware and armaments in the winged infantry's inventory," the source said.
The Chinese delegation will travel to the 76th permanent-readiness airborne division in Pskov and to the Ryazan Higher Airborne Command College.
"During the visit, the Chinese guests will study peculiarities of service and everyday life of Russian professional paratroopers and their airborne and special training at the 76th division's training center," the source noted.
