Criminal cases opened against Pacific Fleet officers on bullying charges

VLADIVOSTOK. Nov 15 (Interfax-AVN) - The Pacific Fleet's Military Prosecutor's Office has opened criminal cases against officers of a Marine regiment on bullying charges.

"Four criminal cases have been opened against Marine officers on charges of bullying subordinates in the 390th regiment, based in the town of Slavyanka outside Vladivostok," Pacific Fleet spokesman Igor Maiborodov told Interfax-AVN on Wednesday.
