OSCE guilty of escalating tensions in Georgia-South Ossetia relations - Kokoity

MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax-AVN) - South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity has blamed OSCE Chairman-in-Office Karel de Gucht for the recent escalation in tensions in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone.

"The European Union and the OSCE share responsibility with the authoritarian regime of [Georgian President Mikheil] Saakashvili, as OSCE Chairman-in-Office Karel de Gucht has done nothing but exacerbate the conflict with his unconsidered moves," Kokoity told a Monday news conference in Moscow.
