MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax-AVN) - A federal civilian agency will be responsible for signing all contracts with defense sector enterprises in Russia starting from 2008, Vladislav Putilin, first deputy chairman of the government's defense industry commission, told journalists in Moscow on Monday.
"We expect a federal civilian procurement agency to sign some of the contracts in 2007. It will be responsible for signing all contracts with defense industry enterprises from 2008," he said.
