MOSCOW. Nov 24 (Interfax-AVN) - The State Duma Friday passed the 2007 federal budget at its fourth and final reading.
A total of 348 deputies voted for the budget (226 was the necessary quorum), 91 deputies voted against, and there were no abstentions.
According to the budget, federal revenue will be 6.9653 trillion rubles, spending - 5.4635 trillion rubles and the surplus - 1.5018 trillion rubles.
The budget assumes that GDP will be 31.22 trillion rubles and inflation will be 6.5%-8%.
