MOSCOW. Dec 5 (Interfax-AVN) - The six-nation talks aimed at breaking the impasse over North Korea's nuclear program may not restart before the end of 2006, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alexeyev told Interfax on Tuesday.
"Given the rapidly approaching Christmas holidays, the possibility of resuming the negotiations in December shrinks every day," he said.
"So far, no agreements on the talks' date have been reached," Alexeyev said.
The six-sided negotiations involve the two Koreas, Russia, the United States, China and Japan.
