MOSCOW. Dec 6 (Interfax-AVN) - Investigators from the Russian Prosecutor General's Office, together with Scotland Yard officers, have questioned businessman Dmitry Kovtun as a witness in the criminal case opened following the death of former FSB officer Alexander Litvinenko, lawyer Andrei Romashov told Interfax on Wednesday.
"Yesterday and today investigators from the Prosecutor General's Office and Scotland Yard officers recorded the testimonies of Mr. Kovtun. My client, Andrei Lugovoy, has not been interrogated yet," he said.
