UES would like to sell Power Machines stake to strategic investor - source

LONDON. March 23 (Interfax-AVN) - Unified Energy System (UES) (RTS: EESR) management would like to sell a stake owned by the power utility in Power Machines (RTS: SILM) at an auction in one lot, a source close to UES told Interfax.

This has not yet been agreed on with the government, which is the major shareholder in UES, the source said.

The UES board of directors will discuss the fate of the stake at a meeting on March 30.
