MOSCOW. March 23 (Interfax-AVN) - A joint-stock united ship-building corporation is to be established in Russia within four months under a presidential decree.
The presidential press service quotes the decree as saying that the future state-owned corporation's authorized stock will comprise 60% of shares of the St.-Petersburg-based Neva Project Design Bureau and 25 million rubles monetary assets.
A number of subsidiaries will also be created, it says.
