MOSCOW. April 24 (Interfax) - Military-Industry Company plans to sell over 9.5 billion rubles worth of products in 2007, about 20% up on 2006, Dmitry Galkin, the company's general director, told Interfax.
The Russian Defense Ministry will be the main customer, he said.
"The share of export orders is variable and depends on specific contracts. The share of export orders can today be estimated at 14%," he said.
Russkie Mashiny, the majority shareholder of GAZ, founded the Military-Industrial Company to manage companies that specialize in the production of defense products. The company manages Arzamass Machine Building Plant and Zavod Korpusov (Vyksa).
