Germany, Greece, Italy will make observer flight over Belarus, Russia

MINSK. July 23 (Interfax-AVN) - Inspectors from Germany, Greece and Italy are planning an observer flight over Belarus and Russia on Monday through Friday, the Belarussian Defense Ministry told Interfax.

"A mission of Germany, Greece and Italy is planning an observer flight over the territories of Belarus and Russian in compliance with provisions of the Open Skies treaty," a ministry spokesman said.

Such flights are made to monitor military activities in the territories of observed sides.
