Mine goes off in Nazran district

ROSTOV-ON-DON. Sept 14 (Interfax-AVN) - Unknown people have blasted a handmade explosive near the villages of Surkha-Khi and Ali-Yur, a source in law enforcement agencies of the Nazran district of Ingushetia told Interfax-AVN on Friday.

"The powder mine went off at about 9.45 a.m. Moscow time. According to preliminary reports, no one was killed or wounded," the source said.

A group of investigators of the Nazran district police department left for the scene, the source said.
