MOSCOW. Sept 14 (Interfax-AVN) - Lyubov Kudelina, who has been head of the Economic and Financial Military Agency Service, has been appointed deputy defense minister, a source in power structures told Interfax.
"Kudelina will continue to deal with financial and economic issues at the military agency as deputy defense minister," the source said.
