MAKHACHKALA. Sept 17 (Interfax-AVN) - A special operation against militants is underway in Dagestan's Kizilyurt, a city police source told Interfax-AVN.
"Special police forces surrounded a house. When police stormed the property, a fire broke out inside the house. The storming party came under gunfire at about 10:15 a.m. local time. According to preliminary information, there are two militants inside the house," the police source said.
