MOSCOW. Sept 24 (Interfax-AVN) - Servicemen and Special equipment of the Ural air force and air defense force army will take part in the search operation to find the Foton-M No. 3 satellite with living creatures aboard after its landing, Col. Alexander Drobyshevsky, an aide of the Russian Air Force commander, told Interfax-AVN.
"62 servicemen, five helicopters, two planes and three SAR vehicles will be involved in the operation," he said.
The Foton-M No. 3 was launched from Baikonur with the Soyuz-U vehicle on September 14 to stage 26 experiments, including 10 under the Russian space exploration program.
