NOVO-OGARYOVO. Oct 12 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian President Vladimir Putin thinks the Russian-U.S. Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty should extend to other countries.
"We should strive to make the Russian-U.S. agreement global. One should persuade other members of the international community to assume the same obligations as Russia and the United States," Putin said at talks between Russian and U.S. foreign and defense ministers on U.S. missile defense plans in Europe.
