Tbilisi may attempt to use force in Ossetian, Abkhaz conflicts - Baluyevsky

SOLNECHNOGORSK (Moscow region). Oct 17 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Chief of General Staff, General of the Army Yury Baluyevsky does not rule out the possibility of Tbilisi using force in order to solve the Abkhaz and South Ossetian conflicts.

"You might remember Saakashvili's [the Georgian president] statement in which he threatened to solve the problem of Abkhazia and South Ossetia at least before the next presidential election. In my view, the solution of this problem might include the use of force," Baluyevsky told journalists.
