MOSCOW. Oct 18 (Interfax-AVN) - The State Duma has adopted amendments to the current laws prohibiting foreigners and people with dual nationality from serving in the army on a contract basis in the first reading.
According to new amendments, such people are not allowed to serve in the Foreign Intelligence Service, Federal Security Service agencies, Federal Security Guard agencies, and in the federal mobilization training agency.
