MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax-AVN) - Phone lines and the internet went dead at the Russian Federal Space Agency office in Shchepkin Stree, Moscow, on Friday, the Federal Space Agency told Interfax-AVN.
"The cause is being investigated. According to experts, it will take several hours to rectify the failure," an official said.
The failure did not affect control over enterprises and operation of the agency. "Most phone line operate well. In addition, there are backup communications channels," he said.
