MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax) - The inquiry into the explosion at the apartment in Korolyova Street in Moscow say it might have been a terror attack.
"We are not throwing aside this theory, it appears interesting for the inquiry," Moscow Northeastern District's chief investigator Sergei Frolov said on Channel 1 on Thursday.
The inquiry is also investigating "a theory of a blast caused by explosive substances, the composition and the origin of which is still unknown," he added.
"Although an express analysis has shown no traces of explosive substances, we do not rule out that the blast might have been caused some explosive substance that we have yet to identify," Frolov said.
As a result of the explosion at one of the apartments in the apartment complex N8 in Akademika Korolyova Street in northeast Moscow two young men and a young woman were killed.
