BAIKONUR. April 23 (Interfax-AVN) - A Russian rocket that will launch the European satellite GIOVE-B (Galileo In-Orbit Validation Element) will be installed on its launch pad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome on Wednesday, a cosmodrome source said, citing an order by a Russian state commission on Tuesday.
The launch is scheduled for 2216 GMT on April 26.
The satellite will be launched into space by a Soyuz-FG rocket with a Fregat upper stage.
