MOSCOW. May 14 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia's Sukhoi Company increased net profit under Russian accounting standards (RAS) by 100% to more than 3 billion rubles in 2007, the company said in a statement.
Sales revenue more than tripled to 33.5 billion rubles in 2007, the company said.

The report says the company's long-term accounts receivable rose to 3.52 billion rubles in 2007 from 14.03 million rubles at the start of the year. Short-term receivables fell to 21.35 billion rubles from 23.15 billion rubles.
Accounts payable shrank to 21.35 billion rubles in 2007 from 25.2 billion rubles at the start of the year.
JSC Sukhoi Company (Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company) produces and designs military aircraft under the Su trademark. It has also begun carrying out a program to produce civil aircraft - the Sukhoi Superjet.
The company is wholly owned by the Russian government. Sukhoi Company owns controlling stakes in Sukhoi Design Bureau (RTS: OKBS) (50% plus one share), Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (87.93%), KnAAPO (74.5%), NAPO (74.5%) as well as stakes in Irkut SPC (RTS: IRKT) (11.63%) and TANTK (38%), which are currently being transferred to the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC).
