MOSCOW. May 19 (Interfax) - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said he will sign a special decree on the fight against corruption on Monday.
"I will sign a relevant decree that contains every required instruction today after the meeting," Medvedev said at a meeting on measures to counter corruption on Monday.
"One needs to do something. It is high time to stop waiting. Corruption has turned into a comprehensive problem. And we must offer a comprehensive response to this comprehensive problem," Medvedev said.
