NAZRAN. May 22 (Interfax-AVN) - A resident of Nazran, 23-year-old Artur Tsoloyev, died while planting a handmade bomb on the city's Soglasiya Square, the Ingush Interior Ministry said on Thursday.
"Tsoloyev died instantly. Citizens found the body in the morning," the ministry said, adding that a criminal case might be opened.
