MOSCOW. Aug 12 (Interfax-AVN) - Finnish Foreign Minister and Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe head Alexander Stubb said it would be premature to discuss recognition of South Ossetia's independence.
Stubb said at a news conference in Moscow after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov that no proposals of this kind had been voiced and no discussions of such options are going on.
