MOSCOW. Aug 20 (Interfax-AVN) - Reinforcement troops will return to their bases when peacekeepers occupy their positions at the external borders of the security zone, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"Once peacekeepers have occupied their positions at the external borders of the security zone, all the forces that were introduced to support peacekeepers will return to their bases," he told journalists in Moscow on Tuesday.
