MINSK. Aug 21 (Interfax-AVN) - Belarus and Russia will sign an agreement on a single ABM system, Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Alexander Surikov told a press conference in Minsk on Thursday.
"The decision has been made, commands have been given, all issues are being discussed," Surikov said.
Surikov said he believes the document may be signed at a meeting between the presidents of the two countries at a meeting of the supreme State Council "closer to the end of this year."
