Tymoshenko summoned to Prosecutor General's Office as witness in Yushchenko poisoning case

KYIV. Set 8 (Interfax-AVN) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has been summoned to appear at the Prosecutor General's Office on September 11 as a witness in case into the poisoning Viktor Yushchenko in 2004.

"The prime minister has been indeed summoned to the Prosecutor General's Office on September 11 by 10 a.m., but only to give testimony into the case of the Yushchenko poisoning," Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office told Interfax on Monday.
