ORENBURG, Russia. Sept 26 (Interfax-AVN) - A plan to reorganize Russia's armed forces by 2020 is due to be ready by December, President Dmitry Medvedev announced.
Medvedev said at a meeting with senior military officers that recently he approved key combat conditions for the armed forces to be achieved by 2020.
"This work is planned to go on until 2020, but the main point is that we should have a clear plan of action for this period by December," the president said.
